I think that your team will never lose their 'popularity' by someone else having 'your' name, but I do think that you'd probably be looked upon more favorably if you opened up your resources, talent, and engineering skills to this team instead of trying reinstate that you have the 'hottest' girls. There's no need to try to
convince them to get another name - they're probably happy with the one they have.
It's a name. Just because Amanda M. from Team 60 has the same initials as myself means I'm going to come onto Chief Delphi and make sure everyone knows 'I'm older, so I'm the best Amanda M.!' - sounds like a ridiculous concept, doesn't it?
