I know how you feel, about apologizing... In our team's first year, we accidentally disabled our first alliance team at Championships- we still feel really bad about it, and this was 2 years ago!
I think that it's really great that you guys are taking the time to apologize- and it's also good that you admit your mistakes, instead of the old standard, "I didn't do it."
Also know- The teams go into the competition knowing that accidents happen. Don't feel bad about this- mistakes happen, even to the best of us. (As unbelievable as it is...
