From the IRI Event Manual:
"Round 5 is planned as a “TURNABOUT” match. Drivers and Human players
MUST be over 21 and cannot have been a high school student driver or human
player on a FIRST team."
I am dubbing this "The Anti-Kevin" rule   ....not that it matters since i'm not 21 yet and 1064 (sadly) won't be attending the IRI.
Still, way to go and dash my hopes of ever coming out of retirement!
