Anyone use Mozilla Composer or NVU (
http://www.nvu.com)? I really like Mozilla Composer for throwing together a few pages quickly, because it makes it easy to use a combination wysiwyg and hand code editing, and the code that the wysiwyg editor doesn't suck.
