a.) no ID number, just copy/paste it in the PM.
b.) I don't see a problem with nominating or voting for your own spotlight....because if the majority likes it, that will show in the voting.

a.) No idea as of yet...there really isn't a set number, not does ther eneed to be, since we're doing this for content reasons as opposed to space reasons.
b.) Yeah, you'd send them to just me (but if you want to let the other mods know too, you can....they love getting mail
).
