Mind you, there are free HTML WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get visual, Microsoft Word-like) editors out there
all over the place. You could also try the Mozilla Organization's Composer, which comes with the
Mozilla App Suite, also free. There is also Microsoft Frontpage, which comes with Office, but do your readers a favour and only use it if it's the latest version of Office. As for Dreamweaver, excellent program; it can be used by novices and experts alike. The only disadvantage it has over
any multipurpose web language/HTML editor is that lovely price tag.
