I love Dreamweaver... If you can't find it locally for less than $100 try these guys:
http://www.k12connected.com they have it for $93 and the whole Studio MX for $187 (http://www.k12connected.com/images/PDF's/MailerWeb.pdf) This is where I buy all of my software and it is educational pricing. They just require you to fax them something that states that you are a full time students (HS, college, whatever) in the past I have used a report card, etc... PM me if you have more questions!
