I don't think any of us would get sued for using the term EDU-Bot around the shop or on the forums here (I hope not anyways), but if you are writing a paper for the news or the team's website, I would use the new name of Robovations.

Elgin - Who obviously still uses the term EDU-Bot (pronounced just as BillFred showed the pronunciation right above.)

And who also remembers the last ditch effort of Disney in 2002 to show how in tune they were with us "Robotics People" by calling us Roboteers...
Yeah, umm... that didn't fly too well either, now did it?
