We have:
1 engineer
2 teachers (one is our coach)
2 adult mentors who attend regularly - one restores antique cars, the other is a carpenter (he built much of our playing field for us)
They are all wonderful mentors and let us learn from our mistakes...even if it's annoying, its the best way to learn. Our engineer, Andy Brockway, is especially wonderful. He devotes so much time to the team, and is a great teacher. He won't always give us the solutions to our problems; rather, he will let us make mistakes in order to give us a better learning experience. Mr. Lindsay, our coach, is also very helpful in this way. Yay for outstanding mentors!!!
