I would say since you only want to spend around $200 and that you dont want any sort of Apple product, the only way to go for a HD based MP3 player would be the Dell Digital Jukebox DJ. If you hurry now you can pick up a 15 GB on Dell.com with FREE SHIPPING!!

Edit: Forgot to mention that I have an iPod and love it, nothing beats it....
