X is not all that and a bag of chips. In fact, I found it to be quite a bit disappointing, seeing as how it's often made out to be the Holy Grail of roller coasters. Additionally, it has terrible throughput and doesn't function reliably.
Hypersonic XLC was also not too exciting, in my opinion. The acceleration of a launch really doesn't alter how exciting it is for me too much. The rest of the ride is short, rough and silly.
I'll stick with
Phoenix, thanks. It may only be 78' tall and it is 56 years old, but I've not found a better roller coaster anywhere. On Phoenix, the seat is used when you're at the station and pretty much nowhere else.
