I've officially been away from too long. I've totally forgotten how to use CD. I need help (yes, I could ask Matt Leese or Joe Ross these things, seeing as we all live nearby one another, but they would just make fun of me

1. How do I change the photo on my profile?
2. Is there any easy way to see all of the forums at once (like in the good 'ole days?)?
3. What the heck is reputation? I'm confused!
