yeah their trick was....don't try to balance yourself.....the goals pretty well balanced themselves as long as you could get em up there with a little space in between....

I thought i heard of a self-balancing motorcycle in that Great DARPA Challenge.....i saw it on TechTV....it went a good distance before falling....
