Gecko, being a cross-platform app, does not get any distinction, because each port is almost the same under the hood.
AFAIK, Konq isn't a Mac browser, which is why I gave it distinction from Safari. Safari also has a whole lot of rendering engine changes made by Dave Hyatt and club from Apple, which distinguishes it from Konq quite a bit in my eyes.
Opera 6 and below, judging by bugs that were native to only one OS served as enough distinction for me to group them apart. Opera 7 is similar for IE and Mac, I've read, but I barely use Opera in any case. Perhaps grouping them together is justifiable, but does it
really matter...
