yes, this holonomic drive platform is called a killough platform, named after stephan killough(guy who invented it)
google around about lego killough platform. you'll find countless ones... even tiny ones. with the "rollers" being the same sized wheels as my omnidrive base one used. i have created a few lego killough platforms and found they take up much more space than a "conventional" omniwheel. and they look better too
