If it's a good match and everything went well, the whole team is very excited and congratulates one another. (This happens often, even when we end up losing the match) If the match didn't go so well then driver talks to the operator to figure out how they could work together better (regardless of who made mistakes). After that we just check over the bot and run a few tests if we need to before taking out the battery and letting the motors cool before the next match.
