It's a great idea, but in March. in NYC for a regional outside would probably not gain a lot of support. At UTC we had snow on the ground and snow could happen in NYC in March. I'd love to see it happen though but I don't think they'd host a regional.. This track that is being proposed in CT might, (it's indoor)
