That's totally unofficial, but it's one of the main goals of our team: A regional in Brazil. Very unlikely to start in 2003, likely to go in 2004.
Of course we all know that most of the teams would have to be local, but would american/canadian teams fly all the way down here to compete?
(By the way, I read a release from team 22 stating that they were contacting people to start a team in Colombia - is it true? Someone from the team to confirm this)
