I always thought FIRST was about anyone being able to learn and get inspired to pursue a career in technology... Aren't these teams here to teach all students about robotics and engineering, not just the ones who already know about it? That bugs me.

oh no! dont worry, we dont HAVE to know anything bout robots, but since we have like 100 people who want to join, and only like 40 can make the team, i feel that knowing a BIt of information wont hurt!
