There are two driving schools local to where I live. One has Mustangs, the other has Eclipse's with rims. Learning to drive has become a joke. In Cali, its only 6 hours training behind the wheel and a 40 question test on which you are allowed to miss 8 and still pass, and you've got a permit. On the license test, no there is no written portion and you are allowed to make 14 mistakes on the driving test which is 10-15 minutes long.
