Trouble booting Linux from hard drive after CD install
I built my computer today and installed Linux (Fedora) from CD. The install process went smoothly but when it came time to reboot and load Fedora from the hard drive, where it was copied, the computer couldn't read it. The BIOS are set to boot hard drive first, CD second, and the computer recognizes the hard drive as the primary master and all that, but the computer still asked for the system disk. I can run Linux from CD just fine.
I think this is a hardware problem, but I was wondering if anyone can offer any advice on where to look. Thanks.
