Mike Martus is a pillar of this program.
Without him, I have no idea where we'd be...

Thank you for all you've done, and all you continue to do.
This honor is truly well deserved, and long overdue.

As more and more people like Mike become honored with UFH, I feel more and more shocked to have been a recipient of this award. The company just keeps getting more and more distinguished.
Mike was changing lives in this program years before I even knew it existed. His impact, and the impact of those like him are what makes FIRST incredible. All of us current participants in FIRST have a huge debt to those who have upheld this program for so many years. I fear we will never be able to pay it off. The least we can do is say thank you.
