Yes, sorry for the confusion. I did mean Delrin. Elgin is also right on with the wedges. I was looking at some pictures of our robot from last year and we made our wedges out of aluminum. http://www.team340.com/gallery/robot/113_1374?full=1
We also added a little something to the tread of the wheels to help them stick. We turned the rubber down to a flat surface and put on a little traction. Something we had left over from our 2003 wheels. It worked great. We didn't spend much time on the carpet so turning wasn't an issue. When we did test the traction on the carpet she didn't turn as easy as our past 4 wheel robots.
