Don't normally use the new Start menu (Old school is nicer... ), but just for you I checked:
Notepad -- I really don't that often. Lying start menu.
Visual Studio 2003 -- I'm hoping to get beta 2005 soon
Zip Genius 5 -- Freeware archive program, can read tons of formats. Go here to find out more.
Macromedia Fireworks MX 2004
Adobe Photoshop CS
Word
Dreamweaver
Nero -- v 6.something
Command Prompt -- !
