According to http://www.usfirst.org/frc/map/FMPro...-max=all&-find, there are two rookie teams registered for the championship. Don't rookies have to qualify by way of performance at a 2005 regional?

Edit - Must have been a mistake because they're not on the list anymore. Looks like a few other teams changed their mind and/or mistakenly registered because this morning there were 93 teams registered and now there's only 83.
