The accounting rule is, clearly, an accounting rule.
The build rule was changed, relative to prior years,
and I presume that the change was made for a reason.
I do not remember a clarification being asked for on the
FIRST Q and A board. This is a distraction, however,
with regard to the three questions I posted...
