Just for the info the 3 are as follow:
GND- any ground anywhere on the RC will do
PGC(program clock)(RB6)- Digital I/O 5
PGD(Program data)(RB7)-Digital I/O 6
MCLR(master clear/reset)- No hope of accesing this from the outside
Would you only need these for downloading to the PIC? or just uploading from?
