To upload a whitepaper:
- Go here: http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/papers.php?
- Click on "Upload a Paper" (in the upper left corner)
- Select the file from your computer.
- Pick a category (probably "Team Organization", for your purposes)
- Give a Title (something like "A Rookie's Guide to Starting a FIRST Team")
- Give a description.
