I agree that at 12 and 17 they should not be in too much danger with their parents sitting in the front yard. My only concern would be whether they are keeping food avaliable. The article states the parents are not cooking. Does that mean they're ordering out everynight? Or does it mean they buy food at the grocery store but leave it up to the kids to cook the food? Or are they truly not buying food and allowing their children to starve
