Actually, there is a BIG difference. It's the guy who can be stupid and read things the wrong way, but the girl can be a little bit TOO friendly.
It's all about body language. It's all about how one carries themselves. I will explain more if need be....
Girls also can flirt without realizing they are flirting, I promise you that.
