Didnt want to make a new post... but to answer your question about saving an animation in inventor as a movie file such as .avi or .wmv...

you can save the animation as a AVI file from inventor and then if you do need to then convert it to .wmv with a converter.

Just to point out there are many ways to save image and the movies. I just pointed out 1 way for each of them. you can use whatever you feel comfortable with. thanks...
