Yes, that link (
www.streamline.autodesk.com/first) does appear to be a 404.
Have you tried going to the other
link in the Awards pdf? (
https://projectpoint.buzzsaw.com/client/first) It works for me.
If you have Streamline 6 installed, it should take you to the area for FIRST. If you don't have Streamline 6 (or have an older version installed) you should be prompted to install the latest rev. and the download should start automatically.
