Also, if you go to
www.scriptspot.com, search for FaceMaker and Handmaker. These are very useful tools. My team is considering character animation this year; however, I know there's alot of work that goes into rigging a model and I'm not even sure if we can do it properly. But we'll try.
But yea, I totally agree; creating humans and animating human models is a challenge.
