One thing though, that I would like to get other team's opinions on - how do you do the design? Each year we sit down as a whole team and propose suggestions and vote on them, but there are always way too many n00bs, so the robot turns out WAY more complicated than it needs to be, and generally doesn't work very well. This year I'm really taking a stand in saying it needs to be simple, so hopefully they'll listen to me :/
