It was stated in the kickoff many times that ship is Feb 22nd. This was also the date on the FIRST website prior to kickoff.
In the past 4 years, ship has always been the week after spring break so we had time to work 8+ hrs a day for a week on the robot. Now it's during break so we only have that Sat/Sun/Mon... oh, I hope FIRST extends the ship date again due to some snow storm.
