To get around the 4K limit, you can save the note as a contact (if your iPod supports contacts). I would highly recommend iPodAgent from
http://www.ipodsoft.com/softwaredetail.aspx?sid=1 for this, which can either split a text file into 4K linked segments or can save a text file as a contact.
I have attached sections 4 and 5 converted into contacts. Simply copy the VCF files to the Contacts folder of your iPod.
