ok so i guess i need to clarify some stuff up. First To convert a .pdf to a .txt first you need acrobat reader 6.0. After that it gets pretty simple. Go to
File the scroll down to
Save As Text Then click save. Thats easy right? Now click on My Computer and pull up your newly saved .txt file it generally should be in the same folder your pdf was unless you changed it. Now copy the .txt file. and go to my computer again and click on your ipod. You should see the Notes folder there, save it there. Keep in mind you can only save up to 4kbs of info so i reconmend this process posted earlier.

I have attached sections 4 and 5 converted into contacts. Simply copy the VCF files to the Contacts folder of your iPod.

So thats how you do it, once you have the linked files, you copy them into your ipod's contact folder. By clicking on my computer and then selecting your ipod, and then your contacts folder there.
