I think the forum is extremely helpful, but I rated a four because sometimes, I find it unreasonable what questions are answered and which ones aren't. Sometimes I've felt that a simple question was turned into a discussion and ridiculed, though that has happened not terribly and it was 2004.
However, for the most part I've found that everyone is helpful and courteous and supportive.
