I think a really good idea to make this forum better was suggested in another location. I think there should be a short waiting period for newly joining members. It doesn't necessarily have to be a full five days, but at least 24-48 hours is fairly reasonable. That way they can get the understanding of things.
Other than that, I want to say congrats to CD on a build season flux well managed.
