It should be in the originally zipped file you downloaded from innovationFIRST ... it should be a zipped file, unless you unzipped it. If you don't have the original entire zipped thing for the CMUcam2, go here to get it:

.. Uh, I just realized I probably didn't need to include all that rambling. Short answer: yes, it's in the Getting Started zip file
The page also says that the default RC code with the camera program's also posted.. hmm.. I should take a look at that.
