Re: Triple play getting like a team sport

As a rookie team, we've even had conversations about what OUR "role" will be assuming that we're paired with other more-experienced teams. Should we be resigned to the role of "backfield defense" and is that a "bad" place or role to be in?

OF COURSE NOT.......Yes, the key to the larger alliances is that it is indeed a gracious TEAM event. If the three robots do NOT choose roles and quickly take their respective role, that alliance will surely LOSE even if they individually have great robots.

So....we're not exactly what our robot will be good at doing, but I can tell you that we will be "selling" ourselves to our alliance partners.

Hey....PUT ME IN COACH.....I can toss a tetra from the three-point line.
