What are the commands, etc., in this chatroom? Like /nick, /me, etc., in IRC?

I personally prefer IRC because I'm already on it most of the time (okay, all of the time) and it's easier for me to just attach to the server. But I can handle web-based chats as well, just not as easy (I tend to forget about them and come back fifteen minutes later). Still, FIRST chats are generally good.
