As far as we are concerned the 12, 14.4 and 18V XRP drills are the same. The motor is different and there may be some differences in the electronics and/or how the battery plugs into the clamshell, but all the parts that matter are the SAME part number.

FYI, the Hammer Drill is slightly different I THINK that it would be possible to change some of the dimensions and make it work, but I have not actually done it.
