I can't read most of it, but I'll comment on graphics and such.
First off, I'm not sure you can put the FIRST Logo on a different color background as you did. Read the
Logo Standards for complete rules on using it.
Specifically these rules:

Besides that I actually have no other comments, it looks great. I love the logo.
