Generally you can search on industrial suppliers like mcmaster and wheels. Usually the sizes appropriate for robots are under the caster wheel category, but you can just page through their catalog. You can also do a Google search for caster wheels. Skyway and robot marketplace though are the two best places to look for wheels that are easy to mount to robots though. So I'd look their first and see if you can find what you need.
