The rules say

I take that to mean that our robot with bumpers on it may be up to 36x46. Am I right? Basically the question is does the 4" per side mean we can have four extra inches on each of the four sides of our bot or we get 4" in each direction? As I said before I think it is saying we get 4" on each of the four sides, but I just want some other peoples take on this before we go and build our bot around it.
