!!! Maybe that is why the bot is shaped like that that way, so when they pull the rod things in..one side of the tetra will rest on the side of the bot. If this is the case, then that would mean their arm can reach both ways without turning (duh), and can hold more then four tetras on their bot at a time!!!
Right on the tetra holders. They can also be used for a few other things. As far as the shape, that's kind of a byproduct. But the actual exterior shape has more to do with interaction with other bots.
