Simple explanation:
Last off season I lost 40 lbs.

This build season I've regained 5 lbs from not biking as much

. I miss the days of late summer when 4000-5000 calories was necessary to maintain my weight.
As soon as it stays above 40 F I'm riding outside again.
It's not like taking 2 grad classes and working full time while trying to still be a mentor is unhealthy for a person

. Right?
