yeah. Don't be like our team where we just kind of draft people into the chairman's presentaiton at the last minute. Here are some pointers for a good presentation and helpful hints for being prepared:
- ALWAYS have backups if someone can't make it for some reason
- your presenters should be able to sell the team
- shouldn't be paranoid about public speaking
- have good eye contact
- decent hand shake
- should have a good understanding of the team's history
- have a good knowledge of the content of the essay and...
- never be afraid to bring extra handout materials to supplement the presentation.
and there are probably some other pointers I'm missing. You may not be able to find the perfect presenter, but it'd be handy if your presenters could have some of these qualities.
