Nice start for newbies and for non-web team members. It should get anyone started. I realized when I finished reading it, that you don't mention what program they should be using to write code. I assumed Notepad, but you might want to clarify for your readers. I would also finish the paper with instructions on how to save the file. No need for uploading yet, but how to give it the proper extension.
